The shipping method we used is not low cost, but our product arrived safely and on time.

Our standard processing time for in-stock orders is typically 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. FedEx is our main delivery method. The accurate delivery time depends on the mode of transportation of the goods.

The LTL delivery service we provide already includes liftgate delivery. When your goods arrive at the truck company's final hub, the driver will call the recipient to make an appointment for delivery. Please ensure that the contact telephone number of the recipient is true and valid.

（1）If the recipient cannot be contacted and the goods stay at the final hub for a long time, it may generate a storage fee, and the fee will be charged according to the actual fee.

There are two methods to handle this situation:

The first one: the goods are temporarily stored at the hub,  after contacting the receiver，the driver will delivery the goods with signature service;

The second one: NSR delivery. In this method, the recipient’s signature is not required, but if there is an abnormality situation such as missing items, no claim can be made;
1、Delivery to the closest dry area outside the door.

2、No Appointment Scheduling.It is not necessary to provide the consignee's real number.

3、No signatures.

（2）Normally, if the driver makes an appointment with the recipient for delivery, he will deliver the goods according to the time agreed with the recipient. When delivering the goods, the recipient should check the condition of the goods in person and sign on the POD.
